I think many people are mixing up this hotel with the Horizon Royale (All inclusive). They share one complex together and you are not allowed to make use of many parts of the hotel complex without being All inclusive. We booked a half pension and as we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to All inclusive when we exchanged our room with a room without a balcony. We agreed and they gave us a small room with the following problems: Broken shower, broken AC, broken telefone, small bed (1,20m instead of 2x95cm). After we said we were unhappy with the room, we were given another room and upgraded further to an All inclusive variant which included free use of the beach bar and beach chairs. This was really nice. Unfortunately, we had some major problems. Here, I paste the review I already put on the other Hotel, because it applies also to this one:
The location with the beach is great and the hotel complex is really big and beautiful. Unfortunately, our stay here was filled with nausea and other symptoms of bad hygiene that I don’t want to elaborate further. The plates and cutlery were often dirty and we saw one waiter grabbing his behind under the pants and another had a brown stain on his shirt in the place, where it might not be chocolate. However, the staff was really friendly. Nonetheless, constant nausea and other symptoms hugely impacted our vacation negatively, therefore I don’t see how I can give a review better than 1*.
