Great hotel!!! It is located 8 minutes from the center and, of course, from the big noise. There are places that you don’t want to leave, this hotel is like that!!! You sit and think how you will organize your next visit, right here in Neos Marmaras at the Kali Thea Suites hotel :). Many, many funds, design ideas and materials were invested in the hotel and it worked 100%!!! Great panoramic sea view from the cozy and beautiful glass balcony! Cute and intelligent co-workers! Always willing to help and guide. People working with desire and love! It is constantly cleaned and everything shines, the super comfortable beds with the strong and constant internet with an amplifier in every room are the top!!! I stop praising them !!! Wonderful, quiet, comfortable and beautiful!!! Upon arrival, a place was reserved for us to park our car in front of the hotel – we recommend the hotel. For us, this is the best hotel in Neos Marmaras!!!
What a fantastic location. Room was very clean, comfortable, Everything was great. The apartment was clean & everything we needed was there. There is air-conditioning and free parking. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are very close. The apartment manager, Kostas and his family, were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely place to visit and stay at Neos Marmaras

We rented 4 rooms and all were excellent. The view from the balconies was nice and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee there.
The way to downtown was a bit steep but that had its own charm and was good exercise 🙂
Great experience overall. Great value for money. The accommodation and facility seems relatively new, decorated nicely, with quality amenities. It is very modern to the high end. Kostas, the host, received was with a warm welcome. He offered us the possibility to have a room with a slightly better view.

Location is as well very good, in the centre of Neos Marmaras, close to shops and restaurants. All rooms have an amazing view over the port. It definitely is an excellent choice for staying in Sithonia.
Stayed at this place for a week. The location is very good. It is not required to have a car, but to go to some beaches further away it would be nice. Not even 5 minutes walk and you’re in the center, but it’s not noisy when you’re sitting on the balcony. The owner is very helpful and was available day and night. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day.
