We had wonderful stay. The property is close to many of the beautiful beaches, restaurants, super market. The host is kind and taking care for every detail. We arrived very late, but he gave us very detailed information for self check IN and the process was smooth. We stayed in villa 5, it had private terrace and beautiful garden. The place is perfect for good sleep.
Overall a nice stay. It was basic but clean. The area was nice and quiet with a pretty garden in the front but still close enough to the beach.
The internet worked well for video calls. However, it was full of mosquitos! Besides the bathroom there are no nets at the windows. You get a nice breeze in the evening but with it a horde of mosquitos, making it very very hard to get a good night’s sleep unfortunately. They could easily fix it by installing some nets.

Clean room, the sheets and towels were changed once in a week(in the 3rd day from arrival), also the trash cans were emptied twice. Of course, you have to take care of stuff and clean up after you.
The lady that takes care of the houses and does the cleaning doesn’t speak very well English(scarcely) but she’s very kind and takes good care of the place. The owner speaks English and he’s very helpful and nice.
The TV in our room didn’t work. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work. But the bed was soft and I liked that.
Overall, a quiet and nice place to be.
5star+ for everything!
I will review with 5 star+ everything about Villa 2 Katy. It is an entire villa rented through AirBnb, perfect for families. Our stay was more than pleasant. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and taverns (10 minutes), and 5 minutes walking to supermarket and bus station, so you will not hear the noise form the main road in the night. The nearby beach is perfect also for kids, having trees for shadow if needed. The rooms were giving a cozy mood, very clean, spacious, quiet cool. The beds are comfortable. The yard was full of different trees and the path to the house, just a little bit on the hill, is lighted at night
The internet works perfectly, you will receive the password a few days before arrival, on AirBnb account.
The air conditioner is working perfectly, without any extra charge. They have a smart eco friendly cooling system that is turn on with doors and windows closed, for energy saver and less pollution 🙂 Appreciate this!
Even if Katy speaks a few english, her son does , so with patience and smile we solve everything. The house have necessary tools for cooking, but because it is a AirBnb rental, it is a house that is given to you for take care and there are small necessary consumables, things like shampoo and paper that you can buy from nearby supermarket
We check-in a little bit earlier, just comunicate this with owner prior to your arrival.
A nice and clean villa, has 3 double rooms, with a small kitchen and a large terrace. Situated in a very quiet place, with only a few houses, having large gardens around, it seems to be a botanical garden. From here you can easily access Koukounaries beach, one of the most famous, or to pass through the pine forest on the other side of the island, to one of the wild beaches there. WiFi didn’t work, but hopefully that was a temporary issue.
