We stayed for 5 days and it was an amazing time. The room was very clean, had an airconditioner, a balcony and all for a low price. The family is super nice and friendly. If you have any questions or requests they happily help you out. The location is also very good. In a few minutes you can go to the beach near by. Shops, Restaurants and Bars are on the way and there are many to chose from. I can only recommend it!!!
We are on our last day of our 10 day holiday and we have truly had a wonderful stay. Maria and Stavros are great hosts. Have to mention the kids as well they was great fun. & speedy the tortoise. Maria and Stavros host a bbq on Sundays which was great fun & included Greek dancing. We thought our room would only be cleaned every 3 days but somtimes it was every other or even every day which was great. Rooms are very clean too. Great location! We will definitely be back ♥️
The place is like s-h-i-t. NEVER RENT THE ROOM HERE, I’M BEING SERIOUS.
This place has pick up service with the price of €50 per way. Located near market. Has a pool, a bar, some kitchen stuffs and wardrobe. With those things, the hostel could have gain more stars if the service was more thoughtful. the man at the bar is too rude. I politely asked for a new towel and he yelled NO to my face. In my 7 days there, there was only one time they changed the towel, and it looks dirty too! The room has many lights but some stopped working after a few days. The bathroom also looks dirty. Wifi doesnot work. I got serious allergy. I know this place is family owned, but this is too unprofessional. If I ever go back to Crete, I would never book it again, despite the good location and the utility they provided.
I went here with an agency and the experience was horrible. I did not receive the room i paid for and they acted Like it was my fault. Very rude people, most of the times the guy that administrated the hotel refused to speak english, the other lady was ok i guess. The rooms were dirty and ugly, cold and the fridge made some really bad noises. They charge extra for the air conditioner, never in my life have i heard of such thing. Very cheap and rude people. The bathroom was in bad condition and you only had hot Water for Like 2 hours a day. I also went to 2 stars hotels in România and Bulgaria, but the conditions were really good compared to whatever this may be
The host Maria was unpleasant and not a good host at all. When we arrived we were asked for a 3.5 euro government tax which is fine but she asked for another 49 euros for cleaning and air con. We paid everything and to our surprise on the 3rd day the maid came to clean with the same water she cleaned other rooms and rag that smelled like a wet dog. We had to ask them to clean our room again because the smell of the ‘detergent’ and rag was horrible and we said that we expected more for 49euros to which Maria replied that it’s not a lot of money at all.
As for the rooms, the shower didnt function properly, we didnt have cups, detergent, soap, etc.
Like most of the reviews said, it’s better to avoid this place, looks like the owner wants to play hotel management without actually taking care of their guests.
