Environment very nice. Hotel in very decent style. The swimming pool and bar were amazing. Maybe it needs a little bit of maintenance of air conditioning to remove the smell from the filter. Personal very nice,very friendly. There is no waiting time for anything at all,but it is a May, so it can differ in peak season. Happy ,peaceful staying.
The hotel is in good place to people who like to spend time in the city or beach. Personnel was very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast was good, but cocktails at the pool bar was quite expensive. The biggest disappointment was that this hotel advertise as ADULT only but one day there were a family with two small boys near the pool who were jumping and splashed us, we chosen this hotel because it claimed “without kids” and this was a lie.
We were housed at Indigo Inn Casa this week (08.07-15.07 2024) and we have spent a wonderful time there. The rooms are cozy and clean, food is good and it has nice pools. The staff was nice especially ANTONIS from the reception which is the best employee of the hotel, very professional and friendly. We’ve had some problems with our room and Antonis was very prompt, open and he has done everything to make our vacantion perfect, thing that he also manage to do it. For us, Antonis is the best employee that every single hotel would love to have it! He is the best! Thank you !
What a amazing place and all the staff so kindly! From reception to the chef, nothing was asked to much.
We were upgrades to half pension, could eat lunch for free in waiting time for check in, had a big room and had a free late check out till te time we wanted because of our late flight.
Location is perfection everything close en public bus was good to visit Malia and Heraklion. Even to the airport! Hotel itself is so beautiful.
