Pros: Nice small hotel for a family holiday. The people at the hotel are super nice and friendly, the animation is cool for the kids. The rooms, despite being a outdated, are comfortable. There is only one pool but it is ok for the size of the hotel. The food is good although there is not a big variety. In any case you always find something to eat. Hotel is walking distance from beach.
Cons: I made a late reservation for our family holiday, in the hurry I made a mistake and booked one night more than I needed. I have tried to contact the central booking service to see if they could allow me to leave the hotel one day earlier, and I had no reply to my query. When I got to the hotel I asked again and this time the central service told me that the cancellation policy allow changes up to 10 days before the start of the stay. Problem: my booking was done less than 10 days before the starting date, meaning if we do any mistake we will lose at least one night of penalty. I found the service from the customer service very poor and I am sorry that it ended up affecting the first days of our stay. At the end we left the hotel one day earlier.
What an absolutely lovely family hotel. Rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Food was really good and restaurant staff were brilliant a real credit to the hotel. The animation team was great the little ones loved it with something different every night. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
We stayed here for a week. This is an excellently run small hotel. The hotel is somewhat dated, and the rooms could use some modernising. What it lacks in modern ascetic more than makes up for it in cleanliness.
The food is fine. It’s not amazing, but there is something to suit everyone.
The biggest selling feature was the staff. Incrediblely friendly l, from the reception to the dinning staff, the entertainment crew and animation team are great. It’s a perfect family hotel.
The location is ideal also. Close enough to the beach to walk.

Most of the staff speaks 5, 6 languages, welcoming and helpful. Animation team is amazing, definately making the difference.

in principle, I am satisfied with the hotel. But one nuance with the hotel’s armor was very disappointing! Our room was booked from 16.08, but in fact we checked in on 17.08 at about 4 o’clock in the morning, that is, the first whole day we were not in the room and the hotel, of course. Departure on 21.08 at 6:00 a.m., that is, again the whole day was wasted. Also, for cancellations, we pay for one night’s stay, but we don’t stay there that night. I think we overpaid for 4 FULL days. It is necessary to change the policy of changing reservations and reservations in general. So that people pay based on the fact of accommodation and stay in the hotel. It is not fair to customers to charge for days when they are not in the hotel at all. In other countries, there are such hotels where you can cancel your reservation free of charge for the day of check-in/check-out, and you pay for the actual stay. I would like to recommend the hotel, but I feel cheated out of a lot of money.
