The hotel is situated on the edge of the village and boasts a beautiful setting. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, featuring a large shower and a small terrace. However, the rooms are quite damp, and the wardrobes have a musty smell. The walls were painted carelessly, with paint splatters and painted skirting boards visible. Additionally, the shower and toilet emit an unpleasant odor. The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors all the time.
The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options, though there are few vegan choices. The bright breakfast room, which doubles as a restaurant and bar, provides a wonderful view. Unfortunately, very loud music is played there from breakfast onwards, which can be unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is very nice and pleasant, but it requires some improvements to fully justify its high price.
My wife & I had a beautiful time staying here before and for our wedding day. The management team were very kind, accommodating and welcoming. The staff members greeted us with smiles everyday and were always on hand ready to help us throughout. We highly recommend staying here, they have the best swimming pool and view in Santorini & their breakfast was delicious too 🙂
There wasn’t anything to dislike! Exceptional & Pleasant stay, brilliant managers & lovely staff members 🙏🏾
A fantastic family holiday.
The room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities.
Excellent location for Pyrgos and exploring the island.
The breakfasts and bar/ restaurant foods are fabulous, and the pool and surrounding area very relaxing for a day or evening after sightseeing.
Have not stayed anywhere else before where ALL the staff are so cheerful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. They really could not do enough to make the stay an absolute joy.
Would not change a thing. The staff and hotel are truly amazing.
Amazing service and one of the best views in Pygros. The breakfast provided was amazing. Had the best fried eggs, vanilla cakes, and juices of my life here. Our room had an amazing view of central pygros which is right down the street. Sylvie helped us a lot and was really sweet!! Such a friendly environment and staff!!
We loved our stay here – partly for the incredible location and views, and partly because of all the amazing staff that always wanted to make our stay better.
Our first night almost soured the stay – room 308 needs a lot of work (broken tiles, mould, shower that floods the bathroom, and worst of all incredibly hard beds), but the team did their best and moved us to 212, which was a lovely room.
Pyrgos town is lovely and we rented a car for a few days to see more of the island.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel.
Music around the pool can be a little loud, but not unbearable. We never struggled for loungers during the first week of high season.
