Wonderful family run hotel. Felt like we were staying in their home. Great for quiet stay on the island of Santorini. Great complimentary breakfast. Loved our stay here despite the poor water pressure.
I can’t complain about anything, it’s in a quiet spot away from the crowds, walking distance to the beach, local restaurants nearby. Costas is the main staff person who attended me from the very beginning, friendly, professional, he told me about food options and tour information and he also helped me book my ride back to the airport. My room was nice and clean with a cute private balcony. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked but I managed to rest. One thing they need to improve is their breakfast options such as pancakes, waffles, etc instead of omelets only. I saw the other hotel staff clean the floors, well basically everything. Costas is the best main staff there and I can’t give him enough credit for the exceptional job he does, best customer service ever.

We (as a couple) stayed here for 6 nights in the last week of May 2024 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
The Amaryllis Hotel has severell types of rooms, a small pool and a great breakfast.
The cleaning team is restless and everything is spotless at any time.
More, and better, they have their own restaurant (open for dinner) outside of the hotel where you can eat the best greek food and pizzas you can eat in the hole island… and also a restaurant Aquarius (open for lunch and dinner) sitting 10 steps away from the best beach you can find in the island (we know it, because we have been in every one of them) .
But the best of all are the people here who go to infinity and beyond to make the best for you.
We wish the best to Markus and family, to Kostas, to Yorgus, to Nora, to Philippos and to all the other members of the staff we didn’t get their names but are indispensable for everything to work so well…
There are no words to express how much gratitude we feel for sharing a few days with this amazing family.

Beautiful stay. Stayed in 5 star hotels too but wasn’t the same experience like Amaryallis Hotel. Kostas, Kostas brother and all the staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Breakfast was 1 st class and fresh everyday. Can’t wait to recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks again ! We will miss you.
Beyond my expectations, easy check in, the lady was willing to give us some suggestions around the island and the night shift attendant Kontas was super friendly and talkative. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. Most attractions are with 30 to 40 minutes drive, free parking at rear of the building
