The owner made my girlfriend cry because we complained to see kakerlakes, he gave us a small discount as he was sorry for his anger but still, it wasn’t very comfortable staying there.
The hotel is generally OK, nice view, rooms are clean, only in ground floor we have seen kakerlakes.

We spent a week here and we had a great time! The persons running this place are wonderful and they have good recommendations about what to visit around. The apartaments are clean and they are equipped with everything you may need, especially the kitchen. We will definitely come back at some point!!
This is our first stay at this hotel and it has been fabulous. The setting is breathtaking. Right by the sea and amazing sea views from all the apartments. The rooms are spotlessly clean & get cleaned every day. Pool is excellent and access to the sea from the pontoon is great. Food is pretty good though not exceptional. Not enough Greek selections for my liking, but there is an excellent Taverna a short walk down the road. Agios Nikilaos is about 30 mins walk or just 8 Euros by taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here 8th june 2019 for 10 days. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s a family run business and they all looked after you no matter what you needed. The views were amazing from the hotel, George even took you out on his boat to show all the amazing sea life around near to the hotel. The food is amazing, they even went out of their way to cook for my partner who is vegetarian. There is beach close by and the hotel does have it’s own pontoon where you can swim from and snorkel if you wished to. We felt right at home here and we will be back again.
These appartements are run by the sweetest people on the island. A lovely place , just outside Agios Nikolaos. You can walk to the centre of Agios Nikolaos in about 30 minutes to enjoy the city, but with the appartements accommodated next to Havania (sand)beach, a swimming pool on the spot, a ponton in the sea attached to the appartements, a restaurant, there is really no need to leave the place if you’re looking for rest and enjoyment at the same time. If you want to check out the island, I recommend to rent a car.
Ask the people at the reception of Havania for advise, as they know a good adres to do so, relatively cheap and fully ensured.
But most of all, the complete team of Havania, everyone involved, are just the sweetest people. I’ve been there twice now and will certainly come back another time
