I have to admit that we were intimidated by various reviews of the facility, so we didn’t expect much. We stayed in a hotel with three families in three rooms. First of all, let me refer to the quality of the rooms. The size of the same is to be expected, they are not too small, and they are not too comfortable either. They are extremely clean, which is really the most important item. Some rooms have a lack of sockets, but this is not a big problem either. The cleaners regularly clean the rooms, we posted a sign “not to enter” 3 times, because there is no logic in changing towels so often. The air conditioning in the room is central, included in the price of accommodation, but it is focused on the beds, so sometimes it is annoying (The solution is to open the door of the terrace and the window in the toilet and turn off the air conditiong). It is the staff of the hotel that deserves 5 stars, while the hotel itself, based on the infrastructure and the quality of the furniture, is more for 3 stars than for 4. If I take into account the location, the quality of service, food in the hotel restaurant, the price of deck chairs (12e, it will be 15e) , drinks and food on the beach (frappe 1.5e, ice cream 1.5e, donuts 1.8e), worth the money invested. In the hotel’s restaurant, you will have a variety of delicious food for breakfast and dinner. The staff is constantly cleaning the tables and replenishing the buffet (5 stars for them). Kostas, a great and helpful guy, welcomes you at the entrance to the restaurant. When he had free time, he gave tips for beaches in the surrounding areas as well as other tips (5+ stars). The first and second rows of sunbeds are in high demand, so the advice is to get up early and go to the beach (6am) in order to occupy the first row (if needed). I’ve been drinking coffee here on a regular basis with “Jure”, beach worker, who is a really nice and good man. After breakfast, come back to use the sunbeds. The shop below the hotel restaurant (on the beach) offers basic items, various coffees, juices, ice cream, food (pizza, doughnuts, hotdogs). The pool is not something special, we tried it once , just for try, but who need it, when you’re at sea? Some use the zone around the pool, because you don’t pay for sunbeds there, and then they go to swim at sea.
We went to other places on the beach three times, so we realized that we definitely had the best offer within the hotel. Why? Example: Nea Skioni beach, The best combination for sunbeds 11e (2 sunbeds) and must take 1 drink per person ( cheapest is 5e), Posidi beach the same and at Paliuri similar ( 20e +). The negative trifles of the hotel are:
1. Parking fee – 15e per day (to high) and it is not marked
2. Baby cot – 3e per day (It should be free, my opinion)
3. Safe in the room- 1e per day (It’s total nonsense). I would understand the charge, that the safe is at the reception.
You can temporarily park your vehicle in the courtyard of the hotel to leave your luggage. The easiest way to access the hotel with a vehicle, from main road, is beside the gas station or through the parking lot of the Masoutis market, down street (beside rainwater channel), then, the last street on the left, (almost at the beach) through it you get to the church. You drive between the park and the church to the end of the street and there is the hotel. Use this route especially if you arrive in the late afternoon, because the central streets close in the evening, then they are used exclusively for walking. Since we planned to use the vehicle during the holidays, I parked right in the streets of the mentioned path or in the parking lot of Masoutis market.

Everything in the room is very old , is 4 star hotel, but compare with the services is like 1 star hotel.
Food is not very tasty, pool is very small, they ask additionaly to pay for parking 15 euro per day …
Worst hotel in Greece, not recomending to stay in this hotel

The hotel rooms depend on your luck. Either you will get the best room you will ever see, or the worst room ever. There are no marked parking spots and the cars somrtimes block the entrances/exits for the hotel. The pool can fit 5 people at most. The furniture is very fragile, and a simple knock on the bed will make the lights on it flicker. The card system for opening the door doesn’t work for some rooms, and it sometimes beeps loudly even after you close the door. The material that makes the wall is 3mm thick at most, and even the quietest sound can be heard. There are also frequent power outages which also disrupt WI-FI signal. The elevator goes very slow and it works like it’s been coded by a three year old

Don’t come here. Personal not helpful. Food not good. No space in the room. Mold in the bathroom. 12€/day beach 15€/day parking. At least they change the towels everyday.

Hotel is hardly 2 stars. Furniture is old, beds are old and uncomfortable. Ventilation is poor. Bathroom is very small with low ceiling and is hard to take a shower, also no ventilation in bathroom. Parking is 15 euro per day if you are lucky to find a spot. Food in restaurant is same every day, without taste and with poor choice of food. If you want to use beach towels , you have to pay 5 euro for washing and deposit 20 euro per towel and can change them every 2 days. Staff is not very polite and not trying to resolve problems.
