We stayed at the Halepa Hotel for six days (June 10-16, 2024). From the first day to the last, we enjoyed a wonderful stay. They have the most friendly staff at the front desk (all of them were amazing, particularly Eleftheria). The staff did all they could to help us plan our time in Chania. The rooms were clean, and the hotel environment was pleasant and cozy. We were the happiest among all my friends on vacation with us (and who stayed elsewhere), mainly because of our hotel. Some had better views than Halepa, but everything else was incomparable.
Lovely hotel – location is a bit out of the main town (c15 mins walk) but you see the sea all the way down 🙂
Staff were excellent, great room and eclectic breakfast selection (usual fruit, pastries etc but also had vine leaves and even chicken nuggets one day!)
The rooftop hydromasaage pool was great on hotter days and overall would definitely recommend
Stayed 3 nights at Halepa – great location to explore Chania, great staff and really nice rooms. Love the ‘old embassy building’ look and feel and amazing breakfasts by the garden!

Because there were six of us, the lady gave us a very fair price to drive us to another hotel the next day which was much appreciated. We are so grateful to you for helping us, including an extra hour after checkout time!
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Halepa last month. The property was clean, the room was well-appointed and big enough for two people in separate beds, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, including tasty Greek food. Sadly, it was too hot to try the rooftop jacuzzi.
The hotel isn’t very close to the city center, but it was a lovely walk along the waterfront. The price/value proposition was practical and appropriate, and we would happily stay there again.
Our only suggestion: please consider supplying conditioner and body lotion in the rooms.
