DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA –
As soon as we walked into this villa, a musty smell hit us. We overlooked it as we thought it hasn’t been used for some time and we can air it out. That afternoon a bat, yes a bat was flying inside the villa to which they tried to blame us for opening a door!! During the night another bat came in. We caught it & put it out. Went to the beach, came back after sunset, no hot water to have a shower. They sent someone a few times to “fix” the hot water and we were told to wait 20 min. Couple of hours later still no hot water. The next morning the hot water got fixed just before midday, We put some food in the oven to cook & the the Villa power went off. And no it wasn’t the fuse switch. They sent someone to fix the power. Half an hour later the whole power went off again. We were left without power for few hours this time. In this heat with no aircon, fridge wasn’t working, we couldn’t cook anything & still no hot water. We had no other choice other than to move on to a different villa. We are still waiting for refund as this villa is not responding to anyone any more.
Nothing but good words about this place, I stayed at Ermis Villa and it’s great!

Just 700 meters from the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis.
Complete with all the comforts to spend a perfect holiday.
Just don’t make the mistake of booking a stay at this crappy accommodation, especially with the amount they’re asking for. Unacceptable bad taste and dirty.
We had booked our stay on 09/08/22 to 17/8/22 and we only stayed two hours and left..thankfully we found another accommodation.
With a thousand efforts, by phone, they returned us a part of the advance we had given.
Not professionals at all. They spoil the reputation of the island. UNACCEPTABLE.
