  1. The best place you can find in the cheaper category. We got a nice room with a small garden. The host Alexandra was amazing. Such a nice and helpful person. We felt very comfortable there. Its also very peaceful and quiet place even though its located in the city center.

  2. The room we booked (for 7 people with two bedrooms, one bed in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms) was double booked. As a result we were placed in a much smaller room with beds crammed in the kitchen and access to only ONE bathroom. Mistakes like this can happen in any industry, but the way the situation was handled by the staff was completely unprofessional. We all speak fluent Greek, yet communicating with the owner to find a solution still proved awful! Considering the room was much smaller compared to the one booked, we demanded a lower rate. Negotiating took DAYS and at the end only a small amount of money (140€) was deducted from our bill! We were also offered a transfer to the original room, but only for the final day of our trip. We didn’t pursue that offer as moving all our belongings for just one day seemed like a HUGE hassle. A later check-out was promised by the owner as well. The staff were never properly notified of that and attempted to kick us out early. Room aside, we had to take our own garbage out and were never given fresh towels or toilet paper without requesting as such more than once. On one night the shower head broke off and the water supply was cut off for some time. Reading through the reviews now, I am noticing a drastic difference in ratings from last year and I’m not surprised. I will not be returning to stay at this establishment again!

  3. How can anyone sleep with the Emergency Exit sign lit up all night? The girl working there said it cannot be turned off and did not want to help us…we even speak Greek so not a language barrier. She was also making noise in the room next door to add to that. Honestly, we have been around so many parts of Greece and I am very sorry to say but this is the worst place I have stayed in Greece. It was also quite dirty and not cleaned well enough.

  4. Let’s start by saying that upon booking with Greco’s Point we expected a completely different room, that was the least of our problems. When we entered the room we were quick to realize it wasn’t cleaned properly. There were long black hairs EVERYWHERE (keep in mind we’re both blonde.) Almost all of the metallic surfaces in the bathroom were rusted and falling apart, the shower head was broken and splashing water everywhere and the toilet would barely flush. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything, most of the noise coming from the reception area. One of the only positives was that the girls that worked there were very accommodating and friendly, but that’s pretty much it. The location was good but you could definitely find something better for the same price or perhaps even less. Not worth it.

  5. Long story.
First of all, paid an insane amount of money as 7 people for a two space apartment, in no condition to house 7 people. reception was poor. One 18 year old girl who did not care at all about the guests. She had a friend over for vacation and they were just having fun-while busting into our room without notice- our room was cleaned once in 5 nights and the hospitality overall would be better anywhere else. Not a 1.600€ vacation at all. Would never recommend/ just pick any other spot on the Island, literally.
