Great restaurant on the other end of Santorini which gives a panoramic view of the whole island.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when explaining different types of seafood and fishes found in the local area.
We ordered a few dishes- the fishes tasted fresh even though they were cooked in a simple way.
It has a nice view of the Caldera too.
An absolutely wonderful place to enjoy great food and watch the Santorini sunset. The staff are super lovely and kind, and the food / drink are delicious. The resident dogs are delightful too, but only come over to say hello if you encourage them (I did). Very good value for high quality fish and a good range of drinks too.
Akrotiri is no central place, so it takes some will to get there ;-)… But you are rewarded with a real fish restaurant were you go select your fresh fish in the fridge with the advising of the waitress/waiter. Prices are quite good compared to some other ‘fancy places’ on the island. Fish proces are /kg, so you see exact price after weighing. We also loved the fried vegetables starters with tzatziki, and incredible filo feta… Probably one of our most tasty stops in Santorini!
The view on the caldera from the terrasse or the restaurant room with large windows, is amazing. Perfect sunset with Ia and Fira in the distance…
Came to the Akrotiri area at the recommendation of our hotel. We found this place to watch the sunset. The service was lovely. The staff very sweet and kind. Our table got the crayfish, saganaki, scorpion fish, pork chops and a few cheese dips. They were all delicious!
