  1. Lovely resort. We had to upgrade to super all inclusive which is a shame and we still didn’t have access to all drinks. For an extra 100 euro, it really wasn’t worth it at all. When we arrived the room was lovely however the sitcom was leaking so we boiled in the room on the first night until an engineer came the next day. The entertainment was almost non existent. The resort is so big you have to get a buggy almost everywhere. The buggies are nearly never available. The pool was lovely and the spar was great. However the water for the spar was freezing. The food was very repetitive however on 1 occasion they did do a really nice BBQ. I’d say the biggest let down was the entertainment. We could hear music from other hotels that sounded more fun. And because the resort is in the middle of nowhere, there’s barely anything that you can go do outside of the resort because nothing is in walking distance.

  2. Very friendly stuff, lovely food has zoo as well mini golf many swimming pools and only 25 minutes from Kos Town. With only 10 minutes drive you can go to Mastihari port and get the ferry for 30 minutes to go to Kalymnos Island.
From Gaia Palace, you can visit Zia and see the most wonderful sunset you’ve ever seen drinking your wine and eating home-made food
At any of the local restaurants.

  3. Great for a quiet getaway. It’s in a secluded area but lots to do on site. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the food is nice. I’ve seen other reviews about dress code, you can wear shorts to meals, they mean to wear a t-shirt and not come in straight from the pool. It’s worth a visit.

  4. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, they were all amazing. The mosquitoes were the worst thing. If you are considering doing the upgrade please read all of the information, as we found that it still does not include all of the branded drinks, you still have to pay for certain ones, which I felt was unfair. The food is good but sometimes things were cold, granted a microwave was provided but sorry I don’t feel I should be warming my own food whilst on holiday, and the variety of food was not that great either. The smaller pools suited us as they were quieter and right by our apartment, which was great. Don’t bother with the alarcarte pool side restaurant, food was lovely but the drinks were twice the price of the pool side bar. We enjoyed our holiday here very much but have definitely had better elsewhere. Again well done to all the staff they were so good.

  5. Advertised as 5 star, i can say hand on heart, they are far from that. 3 star is more realistic. Food is disappointing, spouts and undercooked eggs for breakfast yummy, room was clean but basic. Room service closes at 2300 tried at 2230 and was told it was too late??
Beach bar charges for drinks, if you get room service it comes with a charge plus the cost of the food.
On the plus, staff are friendly, grounds are clean…….
