Price/performance ratio is good. It’s a simple studio in a quiet area. Set about 40/50 metres away from the road. There’s 6 studios currently 5 on ground level. Owner would go above and beyond for you
Excellent apartment in Cefalo. The Fotini Studio estate is truly exceptional: immersed in nature with flower and fruit plants that populate the entire garden and shade the apartments (typically Greek in style).
I really liked this stay because it was quiet, typically Greek and pleasantly surrounded by nature.
The only negative point are the mosquitoes which are inevitably present even inside the apartments. Just arm yourself with mosquito nets and autans (which can be purchased in nearby supermarkets).
There is also a small pitch where you can park your car.
The owner lives in the small house at the entrance to the estate and seems to be a very reserved guy. In reality he is very sociable and enjoys entertaining and helping guests. Mostly he stays in his apartment without being intrusive.
Highly recommended!!
