I travel a lot from a very young age and have visited numerous hotels and rooms. With this place, I am not sure where to start from. The only good about these rooms is that they are clean and perhaps the location since it is closely to the beach. The room is extremely small and suitcases practically don’t fit anywhere so you have to put them on the floor since there is literally no space not even for one. The bathroom is extremely slippery so be super careful. The coffee machine does not have a plug to operate so when we asked they told us “you need to move it on your bed stand and plug it in there”! Service is beyond tragic at all levels and aspects. Before we arrived we specifically asked if there was parking for the room and we were told that absolutely there is space just below the room for the guests specifically staying in those premises (Petra 1,2,3). When we arrived we found out that our car had no space to park since all spots were occupied… The whole issue disturbed me and other guests who had to get involved to resolve this issue, move their cars etc. The lady managing this (Athena) was incapable of managing a situation like this let alone speak to the guests including me. She made inappropriate comments such as “you’re creating a big fuss about it”, “there is tension”, “don’t contact or speak to other guests here”, “other guests are older than you so you have to respect this”. When they asked give me sometime to resolve this issue and we will call you back they actually never called back! They simply waited for some guests to leave some days later to free a parking spot…On another topic at the time of the check in there is no one to help you with the baggage or practically anything, a lady comes and gives you the key to go where the room is. After aaaaaaall this situation the apology was simply a “sorry and tell us if we can do anything for you…”. Throughout the stay they were no where to be found or seen but the magically reappeared at the checkout time to tell us we are late and we should leave and move our car ! If you want to pay 1750 EUR and get treated like this – you found the place !!!
Poor service, arrogant attitude, misleading about the accommodation and in the end we lost our booking money too. Never again and stay away!
