I want to inform you some important information differs from what is written on the page.
1. Breakfast is actually NOT included, even though the 3rd party says that breakfast is included. (On the google map, you can see some reviews stating that the hotel provides take-out breakfast boxes, BUT the hotel doesn’t offer anything now) The information related to this does not appear to have been corrected on the 3rd party.
2. No porter service. In santorini, porter service is quiet an important consideration. Staff say they only offer it during the peak season.
About honest hotel condition
1. Jakuzi is actually small, and the water temperature is not bad but not warm enough compared to others. (It’s not because of the weather; it’s definitely less warm compared to other hotels but I think it depends on which room you stay in) Also, if you expect to enjoy the scenery in a Jacuzzi, It can be difficult, because, in reality, It’s right next to the street, and It’s exactly the same height with pedestrians. so It was a little awkward to me to wear swimsuits and enjoy jacuzzi right next to the street.
2. You can see a huge brown stain and black spots on the bed. Hotel staff explained me it’s not mold; it’s a rust from the spring. because It’s a cave hotel so it’s humid inside the room. If you’re sensitive to this, ask for extra cover before checking in !

4. The room is not so new but clean and SUPER spacious. The view outside is also wonderful !

One of the best places to stay in Santorini. The views, the rooms, the baths, the jacuzzi, the food, the service, everything about it is extremely fabulous and out of this world. Marijana is a cutie who will not let you miss your mother at all! She is the best, extremely helpful and so kind. The suites are close to some EXQUISITE restaurants and the views are, once again, out of this world. My husband and I stayed in ARSINOI and had the time of our lives. The manager, whose name starts with ‘S’ was a lifesaver and advised us to rent a car and we literally saw each and every corner of Santorini in 4-5 days.
DID YOU KNOW? In Santorini, you are allowed to rent cars and leave them at the airport/any restaurants or hotels/any place for that matter, with the keys inside the car. There’s no theft or crime there which also shows how trustworthy and loving the people there are.
We absolutely loved our stay in Exclusive Suites. The manager also mentioned that they have their own hotel being made right next to the suites. We can’t wait to be back in ’25 and stay with you guys once again. See you soon Marijana, S and caldera!

I have started at this location for three Valentine’s Day week. It’s relaxing and the views are great. I love going offseason. It’s like having the place to myself. The breakfast is really good. They deliver it to the room.
Perfect for everything and so glad that reserved this hotel for a night. The location is good with many restaurants around it. Most important, the view from my room is facing directly to the sunset. It was just gorgeous and the room is so large, clean and tidy.
Moveover, I like the staff here. They are super nice and friendly. Really enjoying sharing some time chatting with them!
