DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!
After a long flight, we finally arrived at the hotel in the evening, only to face an unpleasant surprise. The rooms we had booked back in February were not available. Without any prior notice, we were informed that a car would pick us up and take us to a different hotel. This alternate hotel was 1 km away from ours and 1.2 km from the beach. Moreover, the substitute hotel had only 3 stars, so it was a lower category. It didn’t even have All-Inclusive service, nor closets in the rooms, and many other promised amenities that we had paid for were missing. Simply put, we were cheated and deceived. (We paid for a hotel 200 meters from the beach with All-Inclusive service). Yes, we could go eat at the Evita hotel, but the last thing you want on a vacation is to wake up and walk 1 km just for breakfast.
After we refused to go to the other hotel, a manager showed up 3 hours later and offered us cars for 2 days as compensation. If we had refused, we would have ended up sleeping on the street. This hotel is overbooked and relocates people as they see fit. After 3 days, we were finally able to move into the hotel we had originally paid for (there’s nothing better than moving from place to place during your vacation). By the way, we met about 3 other families who experienced the same thing, so don’t think this is an isolated incident at this hotel.
The All-Inclusive was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The offered meat didn’t even look appetizing, appearing as if it had been sitting there for a week. We’re not picky, but in this hotel, it was really hard to choose something to eat. It’s clear that the hotel’s only concern is to maximize their profit, and we’re just numbers to them. So, if you don’t want to ruin a vacation you’ve been looking forward to all year, avoid this hotel at all costs.
The manager was in no hurry to resolve issues, the Asian girl at the reception didn’t know any information at all, why was she there if she wasn’t doing her job. The room didn’t lock, the toilet was broken, the food is tasteless and monotonous. I definitely don’t recommend the hotel.
I didn’t notice anything wrong with the rooms but we had a gecko on our balcony service was the best workers were very nice they are understanding and just want to help the location was really close to the city and the beach I like the all inclusive and free bar.
The asian girl at the reception answered all questions “i don’t know any information” absolutely unqualified. If possible, book another hotel

– Room Vibe: The whole building and its rooms seem kinda like… unfinished. For example: First we get a room without a shower door. (Fortunately, after we asked they gave us another one, better.)
– Cleaning lady: After we’ve got the new room, the cleaning lady wasn’t there for 2 days. We must have asked the staff for this service TWICE since she finally came after 3 days!!! This was probably the worst thing of all the vacation.
– Soooo much plastics! They give you a drink in a plastic cup even though you are sitting at a bar or a pool next to it. It’s a nonsense and pretty outdated way of this service.
– Food labels and descriptions: You simply didn’t know what kind of sauce or a meat you’re going to place on your plate bcs there were no labels. It’s very important for people with allergies and intolerances.
