My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and spotlessly clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.
I have only two comments about the room which was it was quite small and there was not enough hanging space for clothes.
The two pools were lovely, especially the one next to the on site restaurant Katsaboo. The food there was excellent but a little pricey as were their drinks but well worth it for the atmosphere and relaxation.
The location is good within easy walking distance of the town and bus station and easy to get around the island.
I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel on the lovely island of Santorini.
Stayed at this hotel during the busiest season in August. We were told on 2 separate occasions via email that we would get a king size bed and to proceed with booking (as we could not fit comfortably in a double). We get there and it’s a double bed. We tried to explain how upset we were to the hotel. They didn’t care. They tried to gaslight us and tell us the bed was a standard king “in Europe”. We asked for a refund or any kind of compensation. They refused, told us there were no other rooms available and did nothing to make the stay better. This hotel has the worst customer service and really couldn’t care less about the value and comfort they provide to their guests.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights at the property. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the center of Fira (10-15 minutes) but not smack in the middle of things. There are two pools – the upper one was pretty sleepy but the lower one had good energy without feeling like a day club. The highlight of this hotel was most definitely the staff. They were attentive and friendly from the time we arrived and made us feel extremely welcome throughout.
