Everything was perfect! We stayed at the superior suite; the room was very clean and it looked like the photos.
The owner was always available and we really enjoyed the daily cleaning.
The location is great as it is very close to Naxos town (10 minutes walk) but also a very quiet neighbourhood.
Of course, the big highlight was the jacuzzi, which we loved!
What a wonderful experience! Right in the heart of downtown walking distance to everything. The lady went above and beyond to make sure our experience was super and it was! If you come to Naxos you must stay here. The rooms were unique and extra special. Ours had a hot tub in it and a shower you have to see to believe.
biggest problem is the owners. we contacted them stating we weren’t happy with the room as we’d arrived and let ourselves in and the spa was turned on and the room was extremely hot and many things were different than expected eg. no privacy option for shower, small room, no water, aircon not working properly, i could go on and on. instead of being met with someone wanting to satisfy or improve our experience the owner decided to tell us that we should we happy we’re on holidays and if we complain the whole time we won’t have a good time. also told that we paid for the cheapest room so we need to be grateful. sorry? doesn’t matter what we paid we should still receive a decent service. basically everything was always our fault and they never took accountability. location is great though, walking distance to everything but i wouldn’t stay again.
We loved this little gem so much that we decided to extend out stay for 3 extra days. We had the master suite room with spa which was very spacious and very well decorated. Then we got upgraded to the superior suite room with spa which was even better. All the rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated.
Our host Marina was very attentive, helpful and professional. From the start to the end of our stay, she made sure we didn’t miss anything and even went the extra mile to respond to any of our requests.
We can not thank her enough to have given us a great experience and for sure we will definitely come back to this beautiful place.
The place is very neat, I was welcomed by Antonis and his wife, they made sure I am feeling like home since the day I booked till even after I left.
Prime location, perfect finishing and designs, my favourite part of course is the jacuzzi in my room.
They also shared with me recommendations for all the hotspots, from breakfast, lunch, dinner, places to visit, and beaches to go to.
