Two things that are important to know when staying here:
– Having a car is important. It’s not close enough to food or stores to walk.
– The closest restaurant is a 10 minute drive and the closest mini market for groceries is 35 minutes. Bring food with you – they have mini refrigerators in the rooms but they also have large refrigerators, freezers, a very clean grill, and kitchenware available for guests to use.
The view is fantastic and the property is quiet and peaceful. The lounge chairs near the pool are comfortable and each room has comfortable patio chairs.
The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is large and modern and the water pressure is great.
The staff here are wonderful. They are so helpful and responsive. This is the perfect place if you want to relax and recharge. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back for longer next time.
The place is amazing. The view and peace of the place is everything you need to rest. The pool is delicious and perfect to watch the sunset.
The team was effortless to make our stay there delightful. Always giving us advice on nice places to go and offering their help on any need we could have.
It’s close to one of the best beaches in the island.

**Disappointing Stay – No Hot Water for 4 Days, Owner Unresponsive**
We stayed at Eunoia Porto Katsiki Villa for our honeymoon and were incredibly disappointed with our experience. For four out of the five nights, we had no hot water despite reporting the issue multiple times. The owner’s follow-up was poor, and he refused to take any accountability, offering no reimbursement despite us paying for facilities that were not provided.
To make matters worse, the owner made an inappropriate comment during a phone call, implying that we were difficult guests due to a mistake made by our friends during booking, which had nothing to do with the issues in our room. This was both unprofessional and irrelevant to the problems we faced.
Additionally, our room was not cleaned on our second last day, and the place had a noticeable smell of mould. On top of that, the electricity went out three times on the second last day, adding to the inconvenience.
I’ve provided screenshots as evidence of the multiple reports I made about the hot water issue. Despite this, I am still waiting for the owner to respond to my request for a partial refund which is a reasonable request as I did not receive what I paid for.
Avoid this place if you’re looking for a hassle-free stay with basic amenities like hot water.

Very nice and responsive staff. I thought the rooms could have been nicer and there is an appearance of deferred maintenance, meaning some of the details could be improved (broken screen door, broken piece of glass on our bed upon arrival, bed frame tipped when sitting on one end, and stinky bathroom when the sink is left open).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here but with a few improvements this place could be fantastic.
This place deserves zero stars if that were possible. We booked a 5-day, 4-night stay and the experience was far from what we expected. From the second day onward, we had no hot water, which was a major inconvenience. Despite paying a premium for what should have been a comfortable stay, we found ourselves having to have cold showers throughout most of our visit.
When we reported the issue to the management, instead of addressing our concerns, the owner was dismissive and outright rude. They not only refused to take responsibility but also blamed us for the problem, claiming we weren’t allowing them in the room. This accusation was both absurd and frustrating, especially since we were the ones enduring the discomfort. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue was shocking.
To make matters worse, after we raised these concerns, the owner informed us that they wouldn’t host us again in the future. Frankly, this was the final straw, as we would never consider returning to this place. The attitude we experienced was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
Considering the high cost of staying here, what we received was nowhere near worth it. The apartment itself was subpar and a lack of basic amenities that should be standard at this price point. There are far better options available nearby, and I strongly advise others to choose a place that values its guests and offers genuine hospitality. This experience was disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
