Very friendly and attentive service. Breakfast is a good plus. Clean and neat . Aircon great as it gets very warm. Mattresses on bed not great, too thin and you can feel bed springs. Great quiet location in old Town. Other than matres point will recommend the place.
Despite having been obliged to cancel my booking in accordance with the cancellation policy for a full refund, the hotel owner did not paid back the whole amount. This is not acceptable and I do not recommend to book with Emerald Dream House. You will not get you money back.
Great value for money and in quiet surroundings despite the central location. Like a large one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Cozy roof terrace and flexible host. For example, took his phone around midnight when we urgently needed help. Only good recommendations from here.
It is in a great location! Impressive in photos less impressive up close! Nice view from the roof! I would give 5 stars but some things need improvement like the lamps on the roof which have no lids and no sink so if you want to wash dishes you have to go to the bathroom in the sink to wash them! It also has no window in the shower!
