This is in the best case 3 star hotel. Absolutely not 5 star hotel or even less resort. The food does not even match 3 star hotel. Same food everyday, and you get the leftovers from lunch for dinner. Fries and same pasta everyday
Spa center? – not existing. You can get massages only.
Parking around on the streets
What is published on their web site is not what you get. The snacks are not at all available at the lobby bar and the one at the ”pool bar” is just a bread with salami and cheese, if any at all!
Not sure how it is even possible to get 5 stars on hotel like this. Overpriced and obviosly not managed properly.
Do not recommend at all, especially if you have kids
Don’t book! The food was very bad – no consideration of culture or dietary preferences. Small dining room, unorganized. The hotel makes bad reputation for Greek Food. You actually dread the time you have to go eat again…. No children program, pool with max capacity of 16 people, no children pool. No water stations. Mediocre rooms. Definitely a 3 star at the most. Ironically you have to pay 10€ per day because it is a 5 star hotel. They advertise spa and wellness- it is actually closed with no site of reopening. When you complain to staff they are rather passive. Huge disappointment!!!!
I decided to Add review. So to top our horrible experience – when checking out after spending whole week at the 3 star resort claiming 5 star – paying for ultra all inclusive service – check out time is at 11:00. We have kindly asked for 30 minutes extension which was rejected – unfortunately while in the shower they actually cut our electricity at 11:10. They wouldn’t give as even nonalcoholic beverage at 11:15 telling us you are checked out pay 60€. Really I do hope everyone reads this and stays away from this scam of a resort! To top that my mother fell sick from the food at the last day.
I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from the luxury I expected. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel fell short of its 5-star rating.
Firstly, the basics were lacking. There were no spoons and forks available during meal times, which made dining incredibly inconvenient. To add to the frustration, there were periods during the day when there was no water available, making it impossible to shower or even wash my hands.
The food quality was another major letdown. The meals were poorly prepared and lacked variety. What was served did not match the standard I would expect from a high-end hotel.
Lastly, the service was subpar. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, showing little concern for the guests’ comfort and needs.
Overall, this hotel failed to deliver on its promise of a 5-star experience. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We just finished our 10 day stay at the hotel. There was no wifi in the room at all. The beach was extremely filthy (we have small children and it is important to have a clean beach) with dirty deck chairs and leftovers from the day before (cigarette residues all over the place). Drinks included in “all inclusive” offer are below par at best (some all in one soda machine, not even one recognizable alcoholic drink, except beer). No secure parking lot. Food was, let’s say, ok at best (lunch and dinner ok, bad breakfast). All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, at least not at the price we paid.
