  1. All food prepared by Steve including ingredients from his and Anja’s own garden. Had a really wonderful long-cooked goat stew….. no microwave here! Also had stuffed zucchini flowers from their garden. You can order the more usual Greek fare also, but get there in time to try his more specialised dishes. Great dedication with food and service to match. Best wishes to them both

  2. Great Greek food with a very pleasant and cool ambiance. If you happen to be in Kampos (Κάμπος), definitely have a bite there!
The host and cook are very kind and are fun to talk with. With their Dutch and Greek backgrounds they bring really delicious little twists to relatively common dishes.

The menu has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, next to the plenty of meat and fish dishes, from grill or oven.
Asking for the fish of the day (or tomorrow) is an excellent choice, and the hosts are very lenient with your wishes. I had fresh dorade from oven (with fresh vegetables), and no kidding, it was the best dorade I ever had. The dorade from grill was also amazing! and I believe the cook makes delicious fresh fish any other day.

Other recommendations are the musaka, porkchops and vegan burger.
The dishes are served with oven baked potatoes or French fries.

My party and I had a great time at El Greco, and I would gladly go there again!

  3. I’ve noticed their options on vegetarian items are very wide spread! I had some really good dishes wile I was there! I fully recommend the vegetable burger 🙂
