We had a amazing stay at this lovely complex. A very friendly host who is always ready to help. The Appartement are surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of shadow and places to sit and relax. Every Appartement has there own terras with lots of privacy. Your room gets cleaned ever day . You have free acces to a pool 200 m downthe road. A 7 min walk will bring you in the center of Kos Town.The Appartements are a perfect for families (with) children and even friendgroups.
Nice place, unique rooms and a beautiful garden. Quite a lot of privacy is given by the design of the building, and it’s reasonably sound proof.
Cleaning, laundry (only provided towels) and dishes are done around 2 PM, make sure to get out of bed and eat breakfast beforehand.
Unfortunately, since cleaning is done daily, there’s no cleaning tools provided like a broom, trash bags, nor are there fresh towels available in the room.
There is good Air Conditioning, a small but working fridge and a sink. There’s only just enough glasses and plates for every room, which is inconvenient.
It’s located near a pool, supermarket and a ten minute walk from Kos City Center.
There’s a cheaper supermarket way down the road (5,5km) towards the east, which can be worth the drive.
Cosy place, located close to the city and with a gorgeous garden. The owner Manos takes care of each plant with love, the trees thrive and the ruins inside make the place so unique. Sparkling clean rooms. The cats (4 or 5 in total) mostly ignore you, unless they are hungry. We are very happy with our stay choice, thank you guys for everything!
Eftihia apartments are located in a very convenient place, it is very close to the center and many ancient sites of Kos, also to very nice beaches with a bike. We most like the garden of Eftihia which is silent and has a splendid view with nice trees, we had a good time in the garden. The room was basic. It would be better if the stuff is renewed, some of them were not working properly( trash bins, for example) but this is not a major thing. Also we suggest that the reception working hours should be informed clearly, we were not informed about them and we waited for a while for the check- in since we went there after 2PM. Overall, we like Eftihia aparts!
