Electrical issues main circuit breaker for the building tripped 4 times. Water from rain seeped into unit and pooled onto the floor. Out side wall plug shorted and tripped main circuit breaker for our unit… no lights total darkness in our unit… electrician eventually came to temporarily fix the problem.
Site is owned by a property management company and is closer a hotel than villa. This is not a completely private stay, the couple managing the property share the courtyard. I would get everything in writing. Little cookware, and street parking. Location is good but there’s little more than beds, tv, and mini-fridge.
In response to the owner below, I am not trying to blackmail. I didn’t ask for free laundry, I asked for laundry. I admit the language barrier probably caused the confusion, nevertheless we did not do laundry. I made a note of it on airbnb, that laundry was unavailable. I have no issue with the amount of space or the fact laundry was unavailable. My only goal is to report my experience, the depiction below does not capture my intentions. I did not ask for a refund or threaten the host, so I don’t see how it’s blackmail.

Excellent place, an excellent location for its price. We managed to walk from there to Fira (10 to 15 minutes).
Close to shops, restaurants, car rentals and mini markets.
Very clean, fully equipped and very nice.
We even walked from the airport to there (Somewhat long but nothing serious for adventurers). Its owner was very friendly.
