In mid May we enjoyed our second 7-night stay at the wonderful Domes Zeen, and it was just as memorable as our first visit. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and luxurious atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and pampered.
We opted for the half-board package, and the food was absolutely delicious. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of our stay.
The staff at Domes Zeen were exceptional, always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly welcome.
The only downside to our stay was the number of small children around the pool area. There was quite a bit of splashing and noise, which occasionally disrupted the otherwise tranquil environment. While families with children might find this a positive aspect, those seeking a quieter experience around the pool might find it a bit challenging.
Overall, despite the minor inconvenience around the pool, our stay at Domes Zeen was fantastic. We highly recommend this resort for its superb food, excellent service, and beautiful setting. We look forward to returning in the future!
We had a beautiful stay at Domes Zeen. The rooms, food, amenities and service were exceptional.
The room was well equipped. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The amenities – especially the kids club – are also very good.
But what really stood out was the exceptional service! The staff go beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. We want to especially thank Eleni (and all the kids club ladies), Sophia and Kristina for their thoughtfulness. We’ll definitely be back!
Our stay at Domes Zeen was incredible. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had, and we have eaten at multiple luxury collection resorts. The staff work extra hard and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We loved the 25-minute walk along the beach to the Chania old town. Our stay was also highlighted by the three beautiful cats who hang around the resort. By far my favourite part of our trip!

Friendly staff everywhere, silence, a large pool – I preferred the sharing pool directly at our room – a breakfast with many varieties, a small private beach-area and only 30 minutes by foot to Chania.
We did enjoy our stay so much and I am sure we will come back.
