I highly recommend this place. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip. Their service and breakfast were amazing. All the staff were friendly and kind. The jacuzzi was cleaned and warm.

Hotel is new and gorgeous. The aesthetics are very pleasing to the eye. Service was great. Everyone was helpful. Breakfast buffet brunch Had so many options, and very delicious. Also, they offer other hot items that you can order that they make on the spot that are included with the buffet no additional cost. Plenty of hotel gravel to park on as we rented a car. I do recommend renting a car to explore the island. Hotel put a little treat in our room upon arrival as it was our anniversary trip. Very thoughtful. We paid for the upgrade to have the hot tub but the hot tub wasn’t hot rather it was warm. (After many reviews telling that pools aren’t heated). We had it looked but they said it fine. The shower was warmer. Upgrade paid was wasted. Checkout was quick & easy. They helped bring the luggage’s down and then loaded them into the car.
Our overall impression of this hotel was really positive but it does have some areas to work on.
We loved the friendliness of the staff and everyone was so willing to help. The rooms are great and there were nice little touches, like a bottle of Prosecco and some fruit. We all got little drinks by the pool from the spa randomly throughout the day. The breakfast was incredible – we had a full buffet as well as a la carte menu.
I would say the hotel need to improve on their communication – we had been given a late check out time of 1pm but we weren’t informed until we checked out at 11am. We also weren’t able to check in until almost 4pm (rather than 3pm and being told we could check in at 2pm) for some reason – this was a bit of a pain as we had been really unwell with a very windy ferry crossing and just wanted to shower and get changed! We also weren’t told about breakfast or how to connect to the WiFi and had to call reception a couple of times to get this information – not a big deal but just things they could work on providing up front. There were lots of marketing materials on the screens about a complimentary buffet until 1pm but again we weren’t told what that was/whether it applied to us.
I would also expect, at this price point, that you would have a complimentary taxi service to/from the port/airport. Most of the other premium hotels have this in Mykonos so it was a bit of a shame to pay €35 to be picked up from the port, which was a 3 minute drive away. That being said, both taxi services we booked through the hotel were very smooth.
We walked down to a little restaurant next to the beach for dinner, which was a hidden gem! It was really good and very reasonable. There is also a bus stop to the town nearby, which would be handy.
