We were thankful that when our initial visit fell apart due to the fact that our car broke down in the middle of the road, the hotel agreed to reschedule our reservation and we just had to pay the season difference to the price.
The hotel was okay for a couple of nights- good location, clean rooms. The staff at the reception were very polite.
The baby cot was a bit of uncomfortable for our baby – most hotels offer additional mattress than the one in the cot package. So our baby ended up sleeping on the bed with us, and I got 0 sleep.
Two days in a row we pressed the do not disturb button and added the card on the door handle as we did not want housekeeping to get into the room – both days they did. They do a really good job, however we did not want to have anyone else in the room. We did not mention that to the reception the first day though as we thought it was by accident, but on the second day it happened again. (It was a 3 days stay).
There was no iron that we could borrow even for a fee, I ended up buying one.
The hotel parking is 10 euro per day. Plenty of space if there is nowhere to park on the street.
Good location. Short walks to shops ,restaurant and beach. Take your own tea,coffee etc. None in room. Little fridge. Great for milk, etc. Pool is lovely. Quite a small area. So gets busy. Bar only sells drinks no food. Breakfast so so. Hot breakfast not so hot. Continental was my prefererred choice. Bread was lovely. Very clean. Would have liked some info in room. We were unlucky with next door young girls very loud but apart from them a fairly quiet hotel.
Great location nice hotel kept clean by the staff – one thing we noticed there are not enough sun beds around the pool to accommodate the clients who stay here 40 – 50 beds with around 150 staying at a time – you have to get up at about 5am in the morning to put your towel on a bed 🛌
Rooms are freshly renovated and it’s very clean first of all,cleaning ladies who work there were coming and cleaning every day(it was already clean)but they insist to clean again 😊 and they were so profesional and kind too..you have security box with code in the room,WiFi,air-condition,beds are comfortable as well…bathroom was clean too,new,separated 3 parts bathroom.You have a kitchen too,we didn’t used it but if you need quick preparation for food or tea,coffee you can use it,and there is a refrigerator too…and the balcony,the view was pool side room and the nights were magical…
You have a ton of activities if you want.Just talk with the receptionist and they will arrange everything…snorkeling,boat trip,museums,trip to another towns…for the kids you have arcades at every step,botiques also with tons of clothes,antiques and a good alva,olives and olive oil for buy it and take it home…
You have beaches 3 minutes away and they are spacious,sandy with good sunbeds and sun umbrellas for 20 and 25 euros per day.
Also you have a parking lot beside the hotel and it’s safe…the pool is was so clean,it’s 1,40 meters deep but you have for the kids pool too,a lifeguard all day keeping you safe…sunbeds and umbrellas have for everyone who is staying at the hotel,there is a bar for beverages and food,the price is like everywhere in Hanioti.
You have restaurants all over you,supermarkets,fast food etc…
This hotel works on breakfast plan only and its buffet breakfast with a very freshly made various foods,its the same every day but you have enough days to try every dish everyday.
I will finish my review with the kind words targeted to the personal of the hotel.. the receptionist was the first person we met,she was so kind,my son wasn’t feeling well from the warm weather and traveling and he vomit but she made him feel better consoled him to feel like nothing happened and not to be a shamed.Every one from the personal was so profesional,with smile on their faces but not faked ones,you can feel their energy that they are the way they act…We are so thankful that we choose your hotel and the stay there was perfect…we adore you guys and for sure we will come again and again…keep that way and see you again.. till the next vacation..Cheers 💜
