Best place to eat in Zia village! Food is great and the portions are more than enough! Prices are low compared to the quality and portions of dishes! The lady who served us was so polite and lovely ! We will visit it again for sure !!
Very good Greek tavern with typical/local food. We tried garlic bread, saganki as well as the stifado and gyros from the menu of the day. They were excellent and rustic as we imagined. The service was very friendly. We paid 25 EUR for everything. During lunch time the restaurant was almost empty.
Lovely little, family-run taverna almost at the end of Zia (keep walking past the touristy knickknack stands).
Frequented by locals, too, this place is welcoming, friendly and has a nice (seasonal) menu at very reasonable prices. We had a nice dinner there, sampling the local cuisine (try the stuffed red peppers as a starter) and wines. Enjoy!
The best and most authentic Greek food I’ve ever had so far… This place is amazing. Not a tourist trap with good prices, actually most of the clients are local people. If you go to Zia mountains give this restaurant a try!
26th June 2023 – As most places were full, we walked pasted Dikeos and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we ended up here because we’ve had the best experience and food ever!! Nice, relaxed place with lovely cats and kittens and friendly staff! Food was fantastic, bets tzatziki we’ve tried while in Kos!! Delicious (free!) dessert – Greek yoghurt with honey (the owner has got own bee hives and uses their own honey! So delicious – we ended up asking if we could buy a jar and we did!
Could not recommend this place enough! I didn’t care that there’s not much view – we came to eat first before seeing the sunset!
