  1. I make this comment in addition to the one I made on Booking. Our stay went well. On the other hand, on our return to France, I contact them again to have an invoice, I receive three, none correspond, there is not my first and last name, nor the dates of the stay. off, we need this invoice for my companion’s works council which reimburses part of the holidays. Three messages have been sent since receipt of these three invoices, but no responses…

  2. 📢AVOID!!!! TOURSIT TRAP!!! ❌⛔

    Depis studio are very unprofessional and they have a policy to deceive their guests. When guest books for a beautiful room with good reviews near the port at a higher price, then they say that they did a mistake and show you another room in another hotel more far from the port and generally lower quality. This is unacceptable behaviour!

  3. So, unfortunately, not a nice experience. Here is the story. We have booked this place based on reviews and pictures on site. But upon check in, as stated by other visitors below, the hotel was full sk they decided to put us into other hotel which was few mi’s away but definitely not up to the level as the pictures. The put us in depis economy where the room are more basic, old, and we had no balcony (even we paid for it). When we complained, nothing happened.
    The next day we found out that the shower drain was blocked and all the water leaked through another floor drain out, nicely made the whole floor of the room wet incl out things.
    Complaining again, they came, apologise and promised a refund if we remove our bad reviews from here. We did, we did not get back anything and they ignore our messages. Voila. Here is the honest review.
    So if you lucky enough to get the right room, congrats, but if you are relocated to other building, I suggest to reject and get refund. Our luck was that we stayed only for one night.

  4. I am not sure how this company works but we booked with Depis Place and Apartments but were taken to another, smaller hotel nearby, Hellens Studios. The hotel was clean, perfectly located and the host was amazing. However, the rooms were not the same as advertised on the Depis Place and Apartments website and it was not communicated that we would be taken to another hotel which is why I have rated it lower. Depis Place and Apartments had great communication and allowed us to leave our bags whilst our room was being prepared. But, I think it would be best to book directly with the smaller hotel as the price may be lower and you would know what to expect. We did not mind because the price we paid was fair but I can imagine if you book in season, it would be annoying to be taken to a different hotel to one you expected to be staying at. I have no direct criticism for the hosts or the room, they were amazing, it has just been rated lower because I think the set up is misleading and should be advertised better
