Extremely good value for money. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly. She guided us with the tourist spots, places to eat and drink, and most of her suggestions were pretty spot on. This was the biggest plus point for me.
If you ever get stranded on the island, they arrange a cab for you with just one phone call. Even with this short notice, the cab prices were standard and not inflated. The cab driver is extremely professional and punctual (even if its 4am!)
Location wise, its very close to the Fira market which allows you to stay as late as you want. Bus stop nearby too.
Being extremely picky, maybe the rooms are a bit small. Other than that, it was pretty amazing!
Small boutique hotel close to main Fira, but lacks basic amenities. No hot water kettle or coffee making facilities in room.
If you need hot water you have to see if anyone is there in the kitchen!! Beds are too small as the rooms. The staff are new and struggling to check-in. Lot need to be improved
The staff here are really nice to deal with, the room is really nice and clean and has been quiet. Nice and close to the centre of Fira, vehicle rental about 40 metres away as well.

The location is also very well situated – you’re about a 5-7 minute walk to the local bus stop which brings you around the main attractions in Santorini! You’re about a 25-30 minute walk to Immergovili but you can also catch a bus to the top of it!

The staffs are nice and kind. The location is perfect, which is 5 min by foot to the center. The staff also gave us the free upgrade room with balcony.
