Really good location. Great views. Staff and service is excellent. Located in the middle of Fira market. Note-there are lot of steps to reach hotel, just like rest of Santorini. Calderas are not kid friendly or older people friendly.
Writing this just before checking out. Our stay here has been amazing! Reaching here with our luggage was a tricky, but once we got here, everything became awesome. We stayed in the elegant suite on the 1st floor. Rita, the manager was especially extremely good in receiving and handling our requests during the stay. Highly recommended.
This place is truly heaven on earth! We just spent one night in the Elegant suite and the whole stay was divine. The scenery truly takes your breath away!
Our suite was extremely pretty and although it did not had private balcony with a view, we were allowed to use the common balcony and pool, which were almost like our own as there were no other people using these facilities and these both had caldera views. We saw also the most incredible sunset from the balcony! There was no need to go out in the crowds to queue sunset spots as the view from the hotel was stunning and very private. Hotel is located extremely central, but nevertheless it was like it’s own oasis. The elegant suite is very beautiful cave suite with modern furniture and we could not hear a thing there in the night. It also had a private jacuzzi. Our only regret was not to be able to stay longer. We want to thank Rita from the bottom of our hearts to make the stay special. She goes above and beyond with her service mind attitude. This was truly the best hotel stay we have ever had!
We had a really nice stay in Daydream. The people working there, Albi, Sofia and Vidianos were extremely efficient and especially kind. They made our stay with them very special. We will definitely come here again. Thank you for taking care of us. A very special, relaxed vacation made memorable by the kind people in Santorini.
My wife and I stayed in the Premier Suite in May and it has to be one of our best hotel stays. The room was stylish and so comfortable with everything you can need. We had our own private terrace which was perfect in the sun and our hot tub was in a corner giving us more privacy and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was served at the exact time we requested every day on our terrace giving us lovely views of the island. The food was great every time and included local foods which added to the experience. On one day we found the AC stopped working in our room but after 20 minutes of advising the staff it was fixed. Rita, the host, was so friendly and helpful and organized travel and reservations for us. We cannot wait to return!
