Just returned from stay at Cyprotel Faliraki. On arrival greeted by friendly staff, hotel is split into blocks which gives it a smaller feeling, all within easy distance to reception, restaurant, shop and bar. Restaurant and food were really good throughout the stay with different themes on food, poolside snack bar for meals between meals if required, 3 fantastic swimming pools, each with a different amenity , cocktails and soft drinks at the swim up bar at main pool, staff work tirelessly to serve everyone.
Entertainment team making sure everyone has a great time throughout the day and night. Location is just on the edge of town which if you like peace and quiet is ideal. Plenty free buses to take you to the centre. All in all a very clean, friendly and well run hotel. A solid 8/10, Made a lasting impression for first trip to Rhodes and certainly a place I’d return again.
Hello, I would like to share my opinion about this hotel. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families with children of different ages. Due to the good water park and swimming pools for both smaller children and adults, we were served tasty food and drinks every day. The hotel staff was very nice, you can see that the hotel manager cares about it. so that guests feel at home here. I would also like to add that the rescuers and first aid here are also at a very high level and know their job. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Panajotis, who took great care to ensure that our daughter recovered as quickly as possible after a minor accident. I sincerely recommend it👍
Great place to stay if you have a young family as you have a variety of activities with 2 pools, and a fair size water slides. The rooms were clean and no issues with service. The buildings itself could do with a lick of paint, but it does not impact on your holiday. Food was ok, as we were all inclusive the choice of food was fairly routine after a day or so. If your a foodie like us, I would suggest half board and experience the local restaurants as we did in the evening. If you fancy a night out, Faliraki main strip has loads of clubs/pubs for you. Prepare to be hounded to come into their club!! Overall it was an ok place to stay. It wasn’t for us but if your on a tight budget and have young kids that aren’t fussy about food, than this is the place for you.
I’ve just spent a week in the Cyprotel and I was nervous, yet I was blown away by the service the entertainers are passionate about what they do and love to help others, we’re pretty sure one was on Coke at some point but they were still lovely. The pools are great, don’t take your best swimsuits because they will stain yellow. The food is good but there are rush hours, would love to stay here again. (Honourable mentions: Maddy!)
Overall this hotel is decent. A very big hotel, rooms are pretty out dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and rooms cleaned daily. Some of the rooms which are towards the end of the complex can be a bit of a walk. Good food. Location was alright a short buss ride / drive away from faliraki town. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help

Food was 4/5. So pretty good overall and tasted good . Lots of different options and it was always warm. Could do with more ice tubs for drink’s and more desert options.
Pools: 3 pools 1 big one 1 small and 1 water park pool. All pools were pretty good and clean. However my shorts did stain a little yellow so must be the chemical used to clean water. Sun loungers were hard to find if you are not early to the pool. Some of the sun loungers and parasols were broken.
