New beach club, with nice sun lounges and a good DJ. The atmosphere was ideal for a relaxing beach day. However, my overall experience was marred by disappointing and unprofessional service from the hosts.
Despite booking sun beds in advance, the hosts were unable to honor our reservation. After spending three full days there, I invited friends to join, only to find ourselves placed at the back near the rubbish bins. This was not only uncomfortable but also highly embarrassing for me. When I pointed out that we had booked sun beds in a specific row, the host merely shrugged, showing a complete lack of concern. It was particularly frustrating since most of the beach was empty.
To make matters worse, when my friends asked for the hosts’ names and a piece of paper to write down the manager’s email address, they were flatly denied. This refusal to provide basic customer service information only added to our frustration.
We left the beach stressed, with very bad feelings, deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect for our reservation. It’s a shame that such a lovely venue is let down by poor management.
