what a lovely place to stay in the center of Ierapetra! Manolis is a great host, super friendly and relaxed. The rooms are sized and desinged perfectly. there is also a very nice common area with a nice shadow and books

We arrived in Cretan Villa and the host, Manos was very kind and welcoming. He gave us a lot of suggestions as far as where to go and where to dine.
The structure is new, very well furbished and decorated.
The rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean.
We can’t wait for our next trip to Crete to come back!

I’ve been staying here for 3 years in a row and I love the place. Our host, Manos, is a true Ierapetra guide, ask him about beaches and local cuisine, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel is in a great area really close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Towels changed and rooms cleaned daily
This is probably the best place to stay in Ierapetra. Cosy and very clean rooms, great decoration and the most helpful staff I have ever experienced! This place is a must! The owner is amazing and helpful and can recommend the best places to visit. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Ierapetra. The place is right in the city center and everything is within walking distance! Highly recommended!
Lovely Hotel in a nice & quite neighborhood! We were very happy to choose Cretan Villa Hotel in Ierapetra. Big room with a huge bed! Clean and neat bathroom (renovated). Very friendly and helpful staff. You can easily find parking spots in the quiet streets around the hotel. Best value for money! Strongly recommended for couples or friends!
