An amazing hotel, blown away by the views and the cleanliness of the facilities.
Welcomed in the early hours with a complimentary meal. The food is 5*, and we had the nicest meals of the Holiday. Hotel food usually isn’t great, not the case here.
Close to Chania & in a convenient location. We will be visiting again, for another relaxing break.
Just got back from a 10 day stay and it was wonderful.
Great hotel, lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was great with a large selection of stuff.
Pool area was also very nice, plenty of beds however there was one day we came back in the afternoon and there were none left.
It’s in a great little spot in Stalos with quite a few restaurants around but we mainly got the bus into Chania as it was only €8 return for 2 people. However, the bus was unpredictable, didn’t run to the times the hotel said and quite a few times it would pass and not stop as it was full so just be wary.
But the hotel itself was amazing and would recommend and stay again
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean, unbelievably beautiful everywhere, with fantastic views and friendly attentive staff that made us feel like VIP’s.
We stayed in the luxury wing and it really was, beautiful spacious room with ocean views, wonderful balcony with lots of space and storage. Huge comfortable bed with more lights than I could figure out, electric curtains, fan and air conditioning with drinks facilities.
Breakfast was varied and of a very high quality, restaurant food was also amazing.
The location is great with infinity pool views to the ocean, although we never ventured to the beach as the hotel was so nice.
Overall its faultless, we were even greeted at the car on arrival and the luggage was taken directly to the room while we were taken to the room via a golf cart. We loved every minute here, its so tranquil and feels so exclusive and very high class, if you’re thinking of coming to Chania staying here’s a definite must.
We had a car and Chania was only about 20 minutes and was an easy straight forward drive, and we parked at the harbour the times we went, Chania itself is a great day out, the older part being especially vibrant with lots of cafes and tavernas, gift shops and history.
Beautiful hotel with really lovely staff. Just a short €2 bus ride into Chania. Food is superb and hotel is walking distance to many shops and Tavernas. Would love to come back to explore Chania and this hotel is an oasis of calm and will be our first choice.
Our first time in Crete and what a joy to experience such warmth and kindness from every member of staff. We shall return.
Large expensive room was all that was left so we booked it. The room is nice and spacious but not actually finished in some respects. Room phone didn’t work so I had to walk to reception to complain that the hanging closet didn’t have a rail or hangers to hang on the nonexistent rail. They suggested we put clothes on shelves which isn’t good for dresses, trousers and jackets until such time as they manage to fit a rail. Whenever!!! No tea making facilities so I requested a kettle which still hasn’t arrived. Location is a bit pants as well so never coming back. Maid service however is top class.
