  1. Fantastic small self-catering property in a perfect place, only a few minutes from beach, town and bus stop (although it’s on a hill, so there are steps every way). Our room was lovely with a sea view. The beds were comfortable and there was a small kitchenette. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

  2. Very nice hotel near of almost everything. The hotel was quiet and people were super friendly. Rooms was excellent and the wiev from the balcony was super! We’ll come back this hotel again!

  3. Nice simple hotel. Rooms have a small kitchenette with a few pans, frying pans and some utensils. Enough to cook a simple meal like we did. Although no washing up materials are supplied, you must bring your own.

The location is very good, we had a nice sea view room and it is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Agios Nikolaos around the harbour area and the lake. There are two lovely small beaches nearby for taking a dip in the very calm water.

    The staff are very friendly.

The only issue comes if you have a car. There is very limited parking outside the hotel, although we were able to park right outside twice. Once we were unable to park, although it is just a 1 minute walk from the nearby car park on the harbour.

Perfect for a short stay in Agios Nikolaos and for visiting the surrounding areas.

  4. Very clean and comfortable room! Location is convenient and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basic kitchen supplies and a lovely balcony with incredible views. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
