Been coming to Paros every summer for a few years. Noting but excellent service from open to close. Breakfast salty pancakes to other savoury pancakes. Their omelettes are created with natural ingredients. The cocktails are perfectly presented and mixed. Decent atmosphere all around.
The staff are one of the reasons you come here aswel. Friendly, professional and respectful. Always willing to make sure you are looked after.
There are plenty of places to go in parikia but I have to admit Cosa has always been perfect whatever time of the day.

I ordered the pancakes as per the waiters recommendation– didn’t realize this was a dessert item. I have a huge sweet tooth and I’m thoroughly disgusted in a good way 😂 A nice touch is the free water not often found around these parts. Highly recommend. Not to mention the view!
This is hands down the best breakfast I have ever had. We both enjoyed it so much that we came again the next day.
The first day we had bacon and eggs and the power breakfast. The power breakfast was the nicest granola and yoghurt and fruit combination I have ever eaten with just the right amount of honey. The eggs were equally delicious. For our drink, the orange juice was freshly squeezed and really refreshing.
The second day we decided to share the chocolate praline/white chocolate/oreo pancakes with vanilla ice cream which was absolutely amazing. Oreo’s and chocolate throughout all of the pancakes, not just the top pancake. We also got the Hommy smoothie and the Greek energy smoothie shake which again was the best smoothie I have ever had.
10/10 would recommend this place for a breakfast/brunch in Paros with fair prices.
Went here for brunch and had the avocado toast! It was so delicious and plated beautifully! I also got the homemade lemonade and it was the best lemonade I have ever tasted!

You can watch the sunset on the terrace. We ordered two draft mythos beers, and were also given crisps and nuts at no extra charge. We didn’t eat here. Waiter was friendly and welcoming
