The view is not open from everywhere. The staff is not helpful and did not make an effort to make sure you get a nice view. At breakfast, the staff didn’t make an effort to find us a proper table except inside a hut. Unserviceable staff. Not worth the money. I really do not recommend choosing this place as a first priority. As one who visits the island a lot. I will not return to this hotel.
Room had a amazing view but the bathroom was small and the shower was very disappointing. Has big as the room was the construction of the bathroom was an afterthought
When we return to the island again someday, we will without a doubt be staying here again! Beautiful, quiet location. It is not is the hustle and bustle of the island but still so close you could walk to almost everything!

We spent a lot of good times in there! The hole crew was gentle with us, they gave us all the options for tour and best tips around the island, the landscape from our room was just amazing, even more for sunset. The pool area is too small but It was not a problem for us
Absolutely amazing stay! LOCATION is key in Santorini and Cliffside Suites is the perfect one right at the pick/drop off location of Firostefani. There is someone helping you with the bags so the stairs to your accommodations are not an issue. Perfect view and serenity. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious! Perfect for families and couples.
