We stayed at the Chania Flair at the end of May. There are not many places that I would return to, but we will definitely be back.
The hotel is in a great location, providing easy access in to the old town and the beach. Service at the beach was excellent and reflected how all the hotel staff were; helpful, attentive and always greeting you with a smile. What a fantastic team.
The facilities are excellent and well maintained. From the gym, with it’s fantastic views, through to the rooms.

We stayed at the Chania Flare hotel for four nights at the beginning of May 2024. Recognition has to go to the outstanding and kind service provided by Georgia at the front desk. She and other team members made our stay. Georgia should be recognized by Hilton and senior management. She is passionate about Crete, Greece and her role at the hotel. She is kind beyond measure and makes excellent suggestions for her guests after carefully listening to what they need. She suggested a great restaurant nearby which we enjoyed very much. We dined at the hotel restaurant on night one and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was good and the dining staff bent over to please. Even the beach attendant at their stretch of beach went the extra mile with kindness and reserved chairs. This hotel is a hidden gem, not because the rooms or location is unique (though it is very good) but because the staff who run it act as if it is their own hotel. I can highly recommend it. Look for Georgia, introduce yourselves, she will go the extra mile for you too. It is what she does!
This hotel is simply amazing. The service is the best I have ever received—everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable, and I especially liked the shower. The location was excellent—in a quieter part of town but next to several delicious seaside restaurants and just a short walk to downtown Chania. The a-la-carte breakfast was delicious and again, the service was top-notch. The view from the rooftop during suset was something else! Would not hesitate to return.
Georgia, what else can we say? She was so amazing and kind to us. She offered multiple restaurants, beaches, things to do and see. Every staff member was so kind and sweet. It was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a cute setup in our suite. We will ALWAYS still here when we come back to Crete. This area this hotel is surrounded by is so cute!! We loved being here. Thank you for everything!
Amazing Hotel!
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the people who work there are charming and kind! Georgia was the best part of our experience with this hotel; she is very kind and friendly, always smiling and having an incredible aura!
