This place is just beautiful. The drinks are prepared with such care, my wife loves the cocktails, I like the beers served in frozen glasses.
They have Greek beers on tap. But also an incredible selection of bottles that you are used to seeing at home in England. Beers and ciders. The cocktail menu is extensive and really well priced.
They have live entertainment in the evenings, we love to come in the afternoon when it is quieter, but we love to come in the evenings to see the live music too.
There’s indoor and outdoor seating, really clean toilets.
The bar staff are kind and really go the extra mile to make your visit special. We think Kristo the owner is one of the nicest people we have met on Crete.
We do not think we are alone in this thinking as we see so many people that visit have the same fantastic experience we do.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Either for a quiet afternoon chat. Kristo has the ability to get everyone that wants to talking and we have met so many interesting people that have become friends. We have had some really great evenings dancing too.
If you are in Gouves it’s a must visit bar.
