Not a forest as I know, the cedars are small, more like gorse bushes!
An old abandoned hotel is here, some interesting graffiti on the walls.
Some pleasant beaches but be aware, some nudist sections as well
Smells absolutely incredible. Soft, white/gold sand. Some of the best quality beaches.
Beautiful secluded wild beach in Naxos with multiple mini beaches all around nested in the rock where one can find its own spot and enjoy the sun and sea.
Not crowded at all.
Also the ruins of the unfinished hotel gives it a street underground vide thanks to the street artist graffiti.
Recommended to get there prepared as no services like sunbeds and umbrellas around.
Come away from the overpriced sunset bars and restaurants of Fira and experience this gem of a restaurant. Superb food and the owner really knows her stuff about wine. Highly recommended
Beautiful clean little sandy beach. Crystal clear water. Rocks on the side area. Walking distance to see the ruins. Parking available close to the beach with a port a loo. There is also a food truck as you enter the car park for snacks.
