AVOID This place has potential to be amazing but has opened too early. The location is stunning and when it’s finished it will be lovely, but it’s like a building site currently (July 24). 8 staff desperately trying to run the whole thing:-( pools are filthy, no wifi in your room or tv signal. The restaurant hasn’t yet been started on, so breakfast is served in the reception area, but there is no kitchen or chef!! There is a food warmer where they leave sliced frankfurters and egg, definitely not 5 star:-)
I would not recommend staying there this year, wait until it’s finished. We asked to check out early but they refused to refund. All positive reviews on here seem to be from suspicious names!!!

Não está concluido. Por todo o lado há cabos soltos, pó de cimento, buracos e estruturas incompletas. A agua das piscinas está sujissima, os quartos não têm equipamento/mobiliario suficiente, o closet são 3 cabides, nao há uma prateleira, um toucador, um espelho, um armario no wc, tem de se colocar tudo no chão…O wi fi não funciona. Não há estacionamento para os hóspedes, não há extintores, enfim…
O staff teve uma postura pessima, recusando assumir que há obras-referem apenas pequenas reparações na iluminação e jardinagem. Perante a nossa preocupação e desagrado a postura é de total negação e falta de respeito pelo Cliente.
