This is a small peace of heaven hidden away in an authentic village. the service , the people, the smiles, the owner, the personnel, the tastes, the smell, the music and the set up will make you feel in a fairy tale, but at home! please enjoy this will all your senses, you will miss it! the food is exceptional and good value for money! overall i must say i was very happy and this is one of the best experiences i have since i have been travelling to Greece!
If you are near visiting the Melidoni cave this is a must to visit this restaurant! The decorations in the restaurant is amazing like in a shop with antiquities! The service and food are excellent. The pizza was very good and it was like Chicago deep dish pizza.

If you like sweet food, this is your place. For us it was too much. The lemonade was very very sweet, The mixed fruits beetroot salad would go as desert, from the sweetnes. The cave pie was ok.

A place where all the Cretan values merge: great people, excellent food, family atmosphere, picturesque place and town. Top it up with on your way out, you will receive a home made original digestive and a gift from the energetic Katerina who took care of us as if we were her long time friends.
Food served beautifully however some of the dishes were over salted, I’ve left over half of my plate which was one of the pasta dishes. Service seems to have forgotten how to smile. However this place has a unique atmosphere, you can feel real Greece.
