This place came highly recommended. Great restaurant on the beach tucked away in a little cove. We had the wood fired lobster, Cretan salad and the octopus. All of these were utterly pitch perfect, fresh and delicious. Service was faultless and very generous and a beach view with this fantastic meal… what’s not to like?
My experience at Captain Fidias was absolutely amazing. We were referred here by our host Michalis at Elkorin and we are so grateful we went with his suggestion. When you come please go with the fresh catch, I promise you it’s worth every single penny. The fried squid and the fish we had is by far the best seafood I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The captain himself came over to each table for a cheer with some Tsikoudia. It was truly an incredible experience. Bonus points for the incredibly cute fur babies, “bog boss” (pictured) kept us company and made the experience just 10 times more pleasant. Don’t hesitate, go ahead and visit this place. You will not regret it 😍

Another great perk is that the beach is theirs, so after your meal, you can relax on their comfortable sun loungers for free. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy fresh, delicious seafood and unwind by the sea. Highly recommended!
Absolutely perfect, fresh grilled octopus and fresh fish of the day is the highlight. Try also chorta (seasonal greens) and their homemade red wine. Sunbeds are free, toilets are outstanding, which is also nice touch.
Lovely tavern located right on the beach. The perfect spot for a nice dinner while watching the sunset.
The food was great and the atmosphere was nice and friendly.
Captain Fidias came to greet us at the end of the night.
