Clean rooms, very comfortable, the Wi-Fi, AC are all on. The location is good too. It’s not that far from the city centre. It might take you some 20 mins to get down to the main town. The property is spacious and quiet. Furthermore, you can easily transport yourself to the main beaches without getting stuck in traffic for too long compared to the downtown. Unquestionably recommending the hotel to anyone visiting the island.
This hotel stole 300€ from me that was deposited on the day of check in and they assured me that it would be returned to me, they made me wait 8 days saying that their bank needed that deadline and then they sent me a receipt that did not show my data card, when I went to question them they said that the problem was with my bank. I do not advise anyone, I did not have a good experience and do not go if you do not want to be deceived!!!!!
Beautiful place and a great location. Wifi works great, but there wasn’t a signal in our room. Photos of rooms on a booking may be different. They reuse photos of the on top room for other rooms. As a result, you receive a completely different room than what you booked. The man in the reception was too angry when we tried to manage our trouble calmly.
Update: hotel refunded the difference, and the reception man apologized. We managed our issues and stayed in an attractive hotel. Received promises to actualize photos on booking 👍
