This was our second time in Santorini so we knew we wanted to be ourselves – not so crowded with people everywhere. It’s such a private place as it said, and feeling like we got the whole volcano view to ourselves… really was better than we expected!
Our room was very clean, well designed and had an amazing sunset view. The host – Fotis was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. Thank you! We will definitely visit again.
From this apartment you have a really beautiful view to the small islands as well as to the harbour of Thira and Oia.
The hotel is new. The airconditioing works.
The sand is unfortunately coming in to the rooms. The shower should be cleaner.
The wall is moldy.
Everything was just marvelous. We had a lovely time in Santorini. The accommodation, the service, the cleanliness all was perfect . The Fotis, the best of all , so friendly and kind ! The jacuzzi so nice. I really recommend to everyone so wants to have a cozy and romantic time in the island .
Choose your finance wisely. My partner and I spent €350 on this false advertising accomodation. The owner of this property was aggressive on the phone and kept hanging up the phone when an issue was brought up.
First of all, like the other people wrote reviews about this property, it is not a hotel. It appears as a private cheap accomodation. Hot water in the shower also ran out super quickly, so we couldn’t even have a hot shower either. However, the major issues are the owner of the property is hard to be contacted and he just hung up the phone on you. The place (hot tub facility) is false advertised. There were other facilities that were false advertised
Big Main Issues:
Issue #1. False Advertising. This is not a hotel. It is a small private room, not a hotel. (I have pictures to prove this.)
Issue #2. The hot tub was dirty and it looked like as in photos that it hasn’t been used at all for a long time. The water tub does not get hot at all and broken. Temperature in water was cold! It does not get hot even with the temperature gaze going up to 40 degrees celcius. We own a hot tub at home, so we know how it functions. So, we contacted the property owner as soon as the hot tub wasn’t working asking for a refund. (Please refer to screenshot image how many times we called the property immediately.) They didn’t come to the accomodation property to fix it and started avoding answer the phone or hung up on us. We tried calling multiple times since then to get at least partial refund. Even the partial refund request was rejected. The hot tub as per photo images suggest that it must have not been used in a long time. We do not want other victims paying a lot of money for this.
We requested the property owner to come to fix it or inspect it in front of us, and he said he will do it after we vacated the property! Absurd!
Issue #3. No breakfast was never included. No shuttle bus service.
Issue #4. The ‘safe’ is broken badly. Please refer to photos. The safe is in bad shape and they are asvertising a safe is available.
We are now disputing our bills via bigger financial institutions and booking.com. Be aware that you do not waste your time and money on this false advertosement. The property owner is avoiding our calls and hanging up on the phone. We are taking this matter further.
This is not a hotel, it is like 4 separate units each one with a separate entrance and balcony. There is no reception or room service. However the host is so nice. The location is far from the center of the actions which will cost you at least 35€ each way. If you choose to stay here you should rent a car or bike which is much cheaper. The hot top is useless since there no privacy whatsoever any one from the street could see you. If you are visiting Santorini stay in Fira or oia.
