View, setting and beach are stunning. Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard. We already knew that the location was not in the centre as we discovered the apartments a year before whilst riding our bikes along tigaki beach. If you want to stay next to noisy bars and restaurants, this won’t be for you. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.
Spacious and comfortable apartments in excellent location. Private beach, pool, immaculately maintained garden/grounds, wifi etc.
Parts being modernised to high standard and when complete should be stunning. Bus stop to Kos Town adjacent to apartments with Ampeli taverna close by for delicious food.
We stayed for 7 nights at Byron’s. It was clean, it was a nice room for two people and we got a balcony with sea view. Maria and her husband are really kind people. She cleaned the room nearly every day, gave advice where to go and you also got some air conditioning!
For cooking the basic stuff was available, but do not expect a high standard.

Anyway We got positively impressed by the proximity to all the amenities
Ones look for during an holiday and by the hospitality: all the apartments have Greek standards comforts with à kitchenette, a fridge ,a bathroom , à bedroom and à terrasse, access directly to à private beach with free parasols and sunbeds, swimming pool and outdoor showers.
All this oasis situated far from noise .
At the réception it s possible to ask Maria for anything from car rental
To excursions around the main attractions to laundry service or extra help she will be able to direct you or give you useful contacts to travel agencies
And taxis.
Downtown Tigaki you can find anything you look for: all kinds of restaurants , artisanal souvenir shops, greek tavernes, live music, hammams, delicacies from Greece , liquor stores, and lovely people overall.
We had a positive expérience for a first time here.
Booked this place for 7 nights stayed less than 12 hours, contacted booking.com within 30mins of arrival asking to get us out of there had to wait until morning. Shower head fell to bits the place was a dump, nowhere near the pubs and stuff would need a car otherwise its at least 20mins walk maybe more to the town. The place was terrible honestly dont be fooled by the pictures
